RICHARD S. CHASE is a principal in CohnReznick’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Based in Chicago, he has extensive experience as a tax specialist and attorney in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, and tax structuring. Richard has deep knowledge of the tax due diligence and tax structuring processes and has evaluated the tax risks associated with more than 1,500 proposed merger and acquisition transactions.
