BILL SOUTHWICK serves as Board Chair of The Legion Fund, a charitable organization supporting the 5th Special Forces Group out of Ft. Campbell, KY. The 5th Group is an elite special forces unit of the U.S. Army (Green Berets) and has direct responsibility over the Middle East territory.
Over 27 years Bill has served in multiple CEO and Board roles of healthcare services and healthcare IT companies in the Nashville TN area. Bill led three different investor backed healthcare companies through a turnaround initiative earning strong returns for investors who found themselves in underperforming companies.
Bill lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Lia who also shares the passion of supporting military families. Bill and Lia have two daughters and one “new” grandson who has them both excited about their new grandparent role.
